Got home on Tuesday night and visited mum on Wednesday morning. We were relieved to see that mum was looking much better than we expected and her situation is not critical.
Probably because of the speed that we had to arrange flights home and not having had much time to accept that we were going home early, we still feel quite unsettled. At least mum looks to be in reasonable condition.
